His Grace admits defeat. I have been wanting to talk about so many issues on the world and domestic stage, but have been unable to find the muse or mojo with which to write properly. Can any one given any inspiration?

I believe you are falling into the trap the establishment want, a tendency to give in. This what the Con/Libs want, no questions we know all the answers. We are told daily the present polices are necessary and there is no plan B. I would have thought these upper class twits know that circumstances can change. Off the top of my head I have a little list. Save the Forests Jobs Save local services Pot holes Rising prices –oil? Middle East National Heath changes Education
What is society? Is it the small group in which we live and interact with or the larger grouping that the government calls the “national interest”? In the Big society Shell and BT are reporting increased profits. 1) The increase in oil prices 2) The reduction of jobs In the meantime in the other Big Society rural bus services are closing, citizen advice bureaus are closing, retirement age is increasing, speed cameras are being turned off. All these are at the mercy of supply and demand which in turn is ruled by MONEY. The Liberals claimed to be for the common, ordinary man but now they are in bed with the Tories who we know are for business and not social improvements. The rich because of creative accountants are able to avoid tax but what about Joe Public? I cannot recall the way the balance of society is changing; even under the Great Thatcher we did not have this rapid shift in society. She said that society was dead and that individuals counted! Seems to me we will have serious problems in the next decade
