Simply do not leave comments which can be libelous or personally insulting. You can swear and shout (if that is what your tipple is), providing it is about the subject at hand and not the person your debating with. A bit like the House of Common. Naturally, I do prefer the reasoned debates of the House of Peers- but who and I kidding?
